eXork Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use eXork, we may process account, authentication, profile, fitness, progression, guild, and Hunter Notes information required to provide the app.
2. Account and Authentication
eXork uses Firebase Authentication and supported sign-in methods such as email/password and Google Sign-In.
3. Profile and Fitness Data
eXork may store your username, display name, profile image, Hunter rank, level, XP, workout history, streaks, daily quests, achievements, badges, training plans, guild information, and related progression data.
4. Hunter Notes
Hunter Notes are associated with your account and synchronized to your account-specific cloud storage.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, provide fitness and RPG features, synchronize account data, maintain quests, guilds and notes, restore account information, and operate and secure eXork.
6. Firebase and Third-Party Services
eXork uses Firebase services for authentication, cloud storage, and synchronization. Third-party services may process information according to their own policies.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, synchronize data, and meet applicable legal or security obligations.
eXork supports account deletion. A pending deletion request may be cancelled by signing back into the account during the applicable grace period. Once the deletion process is completed, associated account data is intended to be deleted, subject to applicable retention requirements.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.
9. User-Generated Content
Users may create usernames, profile information, guild-related content, and Hunter Notes.
10. Children's Privacy
eXork is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our app, data practices, services, or legal requirements change.
